Training General Terms & Conditions

To participate in one of our training courses, you have the option to register through our website (www.industrialwaterservices.seureca.com) or by contacting us directly by phone on +32 (0)9 381 51 30. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email . 

By registering for our courses, the signatory affirms their authorization from the company and commits to the registration definitively.

Companies from the Food & Beverage industry that register for our courses can receive a grant for most courses via Alimento.

The training fee covers the cost of the training, course materials, and administration. All prices mentioned in the training offer and/or on our website are VAT excluded.

We reserve the right to modify the prices listed in the training offer. Price adjustments are typically implemented at the beginning of each new calendar year.

Only written cancellations are accepted. Please refer to our policy below:

• In the event of withdrawal during the training or on the scheduled training day, the full amount of the training cost will be invoiced.
• In the event of cancellation before the start of training, a contribution is requested to cover expenses incurred and any penalties. This contribution amounts to 50% of the training price in case of cancellation fewer than two weeks before the training starts. The full registration cost is due if the training is cancelled during the week prior to the training.

An enrolled person can always be replaced by someone else from the same organization, at no additional cost. No refund of the registration fee (course fee) will be accepted in the event of an absence from a training course.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a training course due to insufficient registrations or in case of force majeure. In such cases, we will notify the enrolled individuals and reach an agreement regarding a later attendance date. Seureca Industrial Water Services assumes no liability for any consequences resulting from this cancellation.

The training will take place primarily at Seureca Industrial Water Services' training room (Brusselsesteenweg 346 B1, 9090 Melle, Belgium) or at the location of the client in line with the defined proposal. Site visits at specific locations (locations are defined previously) can be organized depending on the type of training.

Upon successful completion of a training course, a certificate is available upon request. Our training courses qualify for additional environmental coordinator training.
